when calculating project cost around 2000-2400 rs on saleable area, does that include the basement parking? also in lucknow the total saleable area on a group housing project is around 1.25 times the plotarea times the f.a.r. is this correct? is noida similar? basically because small balconies are excluded lift lobby etc are excluded the total saleable area is more than the total area as per the allowed f.a.r....... what is the ratio of this saleable area to the f.a.r or fsi area in noida? (assuming mid segment where builder has optimized by building big balconies which get excluded from f.a.r)

thats right sir. but unfortunately, the company i have joined here in KSA as a junior planner unlucky here i dont have any senior planning engineer or planning manager . Its the most toughest time for me here . 24hrs struggle . alot of client pressure and company pressure . But i hope one day i will become a professional and high skilled Planner if i survive here . Here are huge demand of Planning engineers in gulf specially in KSA .because its the peak of construction here .
